WEATHER / CLIMATE SYSTEM
- Weather greatly affects driving during races. Players will need to hone their skills to master racing/battling in all sorts of conditions and situations.
DAY / NIGHT CYCLE
- Scar Speed boasts a day/night cycle. Driving at different times of the day delivers a completely different experience even if it’s on the same set of roads.
SPECIAL EVENTS
- Throughout the world, limited time special events will appear as a means to bring about new and unique game content and time-exclusive game modes.
OFFENSIVE POWER-UPS
- Offensive Power-Ups are used to tackle/attack opponents. These Power-Ups are usually destructive in nature.
DEFENSIVE POWER-UPS
- Defensive Power-Ups are used to defend yourself against opponent attacks. Defensive Power-Ups are non-destructive.
UTILITY POWER-UPS
- Utility Power-Ups usually assist the players in winning races. For example, Nitro gives you a quick burst of speed to get ahead of your opponents.
NON-FUNGIBLE TOKENS
- All car and upgrades in Scar Speed are represented by non-fungible tokens, known as NFTs. That's why you truly own your digital assets in Scar Speed.
TRUE OWNERSHIP
- Because of the blockchain, players will always own their assets without exception; even the developers are unable to take back assets once they've been handed out.
TRULY COLLECTIBLE
- Each car has a history attached to it. If your car was the first to win a new tournament, that feat will be displayed on your car forever, making it truly unique.
RARITY SYSTEM
- Each NFT falls under one of the 5 pre-defined rarities: Common (least rare), Uncommon, Rare, Epic, Legendary (rarest). The rarer the NFT the higher its value.

COMMON CARS
Everything has to start somewhere and your journey in Scar Speed starts with Common cars. These cars might not seem much at a glance but take a peek under the hood and you will find your path to glory. They are your companions when you are a rookie but in their companionship do you find great success. You know what they say, “From humble beginnings come great things.”
UNCOMMON CARS
As the name suggests Uncommon cars are not rare but they are also not seen very often. These cars are not built for glamor rather they are built to do what cars do: Race. Uncommon cars mean business and there’s nothing that can hinder their ability to rule the streets. These cars don’t start off with an enormous value but as you keep racing and winning on these machines they keep increasing in value. Convinced? Time to get one of your own.
RARE CARS
Rare cars are well... rare. Not easy to get your hands on, prestigious, beautiful, and everything a racer can dream of. Because of their rarity they are quite valuable. When you dash past other racers in an Epic car those racers can only drool over its magnificence. Want one for yourself? Work for it!
EPIC CARS
Epic cars are very rare. These cars have got the looks and style that isn’t something you will get to see often on the streets. Epic cars are some of the highest valued cars in Scar Speed. They require a lot of effort if you want to acquire one but if you do then you have most definitely earned the respect of other racers.
LEGENDARY CARS
Legendary cars are the rarest of all cars. They are the hardest to aqcuire but those who do wield the ultimate respect and reputation. These cars don’t come by easily and have the highest value of all cars. If you want to acquire a legendary car you better be ready to sacrifice a lot. For in those sacrifices lies the ultimate prestige!
